Design
-With this picture I used the Camera Raw tool to isolate the girls and brighten up the their faces in the picture, I also used it against the glimmer in the left side of the mountains so that it wouldn't distract from the picture.
-I then used the Clone Stamp tool to take out the rest of noise in the picture to make it seem much more personable than the original

The power of channels and being able to use the levels adjustment makes this picture color restored

Luminosity Masks
With the power of luminosity masks i am able to change the highlights, and shadows as a so choose to add whichever effect is needed to change the versatility of the picture.
